The school is well known for strong SEL practices integrated throughout the day for both students and staff. Our goal with the leadership cohort is to combat the isolation school leaders often feel in their roles while supporting their own adaptive growth, believing that this investment will infuse our schools with leaders who are centered, balanced, and sustained in their incredibly complex roles. Over the course of the two-year cohort, school leaders will be encouraged to challenge their limiting beliefs + mindsets, they’ll learn to manage the cycles of toxic stress that often lead to burnout and a short leadership tenure, and will be engaging in relationship development with a group of like-minded leaders from across the country. Learn more and apply by checking on the Compass-in-Leadership Program Overview. If you have any questions about this opportunity, reach out to Kristen at [email protected].
