Welcome to the December edition of the PL Lighthouse!
This monthly email blast and webpage has been designed to serve much like a lighthouse, to serve as a way forward and help in navigating through the busy school year. Nothing else speaks of safety in the face of adversity and challenge quite like the lighthouse.

Design Excursion Exhibition Thursday, December 9th from 4:00-5:30 PM
The PL Design Excursion Exhibition is the culminating event for this fall's PL Design Excursions and meant to be a time to recognize and celebrate campus design teams.
This virtual event will provide campus teams an opportunity to share how they used design thinking to make progress towards one of their campus priorities (from the PL Readiness Continuum) for the year. Audience members will have the chance to learn from three design teams during team presentations to and will have a chance to ask questions and provide feedback to teams. The evening will conclude with parting inspiration from the Stanford d.school's  K-12 Lab.

[Action Item] Invite your support network to attend the exhibition using this link: https://www.thepltoolbox.com/winterdesignexhibition.  Click here for a sample email you can use to send.

Reminder to design teams that your final presentation slide deck and recording of team presentation are due Monday, December 6th.

Quarterbacks, if you're interested in attending a conference, share your interest by submitting this form here at least 60 days before the conference begins.
