School Retool is a professional development fellowship that helps school leaders like you redesign your school culture using small, scrappy experiments called “hacks.” Hacks may start small, but they're built on research-based practices that lead to Deeper Learning, and can create the kind of big change you aspire to—namely, preparing your students for life in the real world.
School Retool opens up school leaders’ equity and hacking mindsets, and activates them to transform the culture of their school to achieve equally high deeper learning outcomes for all students.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
​Dallas ISD assistant principals who want to change the status quo of education and are passionate about improving student engagement, student climate and culture, and access to Deeper Learning for ALL students.

The application window for cohort 5 is now closed. Applications for Cohort 6 will open up in the fall of 2021.
